思沃(wo)文(wen)秘(mi)(mi)日常練習仿真(zhen)系(xi)統以(yi)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)學生文(wen)秘(mi)(mi)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)能(neng)力(li)為(wei)核心,根據專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)目標、文(wen)秘(mi)(mi)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)能(neng)力(li)需求和前后(hou)續(xu)課(ke)程(cheng)的銜接,參照文(wen)秘(mi)(mi)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)資格標準,以(yi)必需夠用為(wei)度,統籌考(kao)慮(lv)和選取(qu)教(jiao)(jiao)學內容(rong)。體(ti)現職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)道(dao)德培(pei)(pei)養(yang)和職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)素(su)養(yang)養(yang)成的需要,以(yi)真(zhen)實(shi)工(gong)作任務(wu)(wu)為(wei)載體(ti)設計教(jiao)(jiao)學過程(cheng),采用綜合化(hua)與模塊(kuai)(項目)化(hua)相結合的方式構建課(ke)程(cheng)的內容(rong)體(ti)系(xi)。每一(yi)工(gong)作任務(wu)(wu)為(wei)一(yi)基本模塊(kuai),每一(yi)模塊(kuai)與特定的職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)能(neng)力(li)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)相結合,整個實(shi)訓過程(cheng)以(yi)實(shi)訓任務(wu)(wu)為(wei)載體(ti)將以(yi)上模塊(kuai)互相交(jiao)融,以(yi)便(bian)學生踏入社會后(hou)能(neng)適應職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)(群)的需要。教(jiao)(jiao)、學、做相結合,強化(hua)學生能(neng)力(li)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)。
本(ben)(ben)軟件總體目(mu)標,是(shi)遵循“以職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)素質為本(ben)(ben)位、以職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)能力為核心、以職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)活動和工作過(guo)程為導(dao)向”這一原則,通過(guo)創設條件、導(dao)入項目(mu),采用任務驅動、角色扮演等,使(shi)學(xue)生置身于職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)情境中,充分發(fa)揮(hui)學(xue)生的主動性、積極性和創新(xin)性,在具體的的任務訓(xun)練(lian)中實現職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技能培養(yang)、能力拓展和綜合素養(yang)提升(sheng)等目(mu)的。

(1)掌握文秘崗位必需和夠用的基本理論知識;
(2)掌握和具備文秘崗位所(suo)需(xu)的專(zhuan)業技能。

(1)提高社交與溝通、協調能力(li);

軟件分為管理員、教師(shi)、學(xue)(xue)生三種角色,以3D動畫(hua)情景展示(shi)項目任務驅動學(xue)(xue)生自主學(xue)(xue)習(xi),把學(xue)(xue)生帶入一個虛擬現實的學(xue)(xue)習(xi)場景中。學(xue)(xue)生對(dui)照(zhao)這些演(yan)示(shi)操作(zuo)(zuo)就能比較全面地了解實際工作(zuo)(zuo)中的操作(zuo)(zuo)流程,并(bing)按照(zhao)操作(zuo)(zuo)演(yan)示(shi)的指引完(wan)成(cheng)模擬操作(zuo)(zuo)。
